CHANGE & CANCELLATION
To cancel your order, please email to gomerydecor@gmail or contact us directly via Viber/Whatsapp within 24 hours of recording your order. Once the order has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept any change to your order.
RETURNS
We always hope you enjoy and have thoughtful purchases from us to avoid the need to return anything.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email to gomerydecor@gmail within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if product(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product(s) returned to us must be received in the same condition in which they were sent. Then, we will process any refund within 20 days of receiving the product.
All products will be packaged very carefully by us, using professional and protective materials. In case your ordered product arrives broken, please photograph the item and email to gomerydecor@gmail within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement if possible or refund within 20 days of receiving your notice email.
